Promotional Discounts
Return requests for items purchased at a discount must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns from orders that received our free shipping promotion will be refunded less the actual shipping and insurance cost for the returned items.
Regular Styles
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your original method of purchase for any unworn items you are not completely happy with. Please email us at customerservice@wedreamincolour.com to arrange for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date in unused condition (including original packaging). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders that received a free shipping promotion will be refunded less the actual cost of shipping and insurance.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We Dream in Colour is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in return shipping.
Returns are typically processed within 10-14 business day of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Please note that while most refunds are visible within a few business days, your banking institution or credit card company may take up to 30 business days to process and post the refund to your account.
