Promotional Discounts
Return requests for items purchased at a discount must be made within 7 days of delivery. Returns from orders that received a free shipping promotion will be refunded less the actual shipping and insurance cost for the returned items.

Regular Styles
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your original method of purchase for any unused and unaltered items you are not completely happy with within 30 days of delivery. All tags must be attached and items must be returned in original packaging. Please ship your return in a sturdy, hard sided box. We are not responsible for improperly packaged items damaged in transit, or lost packages, so please be sure to ship via a traceable, insured method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns from orders that received a free shipping promotion will be refunded less the actual shipping and insurance cost for the returned items.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We can not refund duties and taxes paid on international orders. Please contact your local customs authority for information on possible tax refunds and duty drawback/reimbursement.
